Located in Vicenza, in the heart of North-East Italy, Stefani S.p.A. has been designing and producing heat exchange batteries for over thirty years.
With the strength of this experience, since the end of the Nineties Stefani has also been producing ventilated units – dry coolers, remote condensers and liquid coolers.
Alongside a vast range of standard products, Stefani can produce ventilated units to the Customer’s own design, with the possibility of varying the materials, treatments and constructive forms so as to satisfy all functional needs.
Stefani quality therefore lies in the efficacy, efficiency, reliability and safety of the products, as well as in the ability to support Customers in solving problems linked with system design and installation.Stefani S.p.A. offers Customers all-round service, from the choice of the most suitable product to an adequate after-sales service.
And in cases where standard production is not the ideal solution, Stefani is able to support the Customer in the design and realisation of the product that best satisfies his needs. -
The verticalisation and internalisation of processes are hinge points in the production strategy of Stefani S.p.A.
In fact, the company makes nearly all the components of ventilated units on its own premises: heat exchange batteries, manifolds, metal structures.
The advantages of this method lie in the full control of quality, in flexibility of production and in the guarantee of short and sure delivery times in any period of the year. Stefani also has the competence and the experience necessary to make designer products, with the possibility of using various materials (copper, brass, aluminium, stainless steel, etc.), to carry out protection treatments for use in aggressive environments, and to use construction forms different from the market standard (round or folded batteries, etc.). -
Stefani S.p.A. applies a two-year guarantee on all products.
Stefani quality is guaranteed:
• By the use of first-rate raw materials and components – high-efficiency fans, aluminium casing of dry coolers, condensate collecting tanks with welded instead of riveted and siliconed corners, all stainless steel screws, etc.
• By mostly in-house processing, followed by a scrupulous and constant control of the production process.
The quality checks are backed up by internal and external product tests:
• The internal tests concern the electric absorption and balancing of fans, checking the functionality of the electric panel and of the system for splitting the power exchanged and, at the end of the line, the seal of the internal circuit at a pressure of 33 bar.
• The external tests are carried out in the most authoritative measuring laboratories – for example TÜV (Technischer Überwachungsverein) in Munich (Germany) – and concern the heat exchange power, the air flow rate, noise production and the load loss of the hydraulic circuit.
